Acceptable Use Policy

Hate speech and harassment

Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. This includes content designed to bully, threaten, or intimidate specific individuals.

Violence and extremism

Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence against any person or group. Content that supports, recruits for, or funds terrorist or extremist organizations.

Sexually explicit content

Pornographic or sexually explicit material. Any content that sexualizes minors in any way — this is a zero-tolerance violation that will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

Child exploitation

Any content that exploits, endangers, solicits, or otherwise harms minors. We have no tolerance for this and will report it to appropriate authorities.

Misinformation and disinformation

Deliberately false or misleading content presented as factual — including fabricated quotes, fake news, health misinformation, election misinformation, or content designed to deceive readers about its origin or authenticity.

Spam and scam content

Mass-produced unsolicited messages, phishing content, fake giveaways, pyramid schemes, "get rich quick" fraud, or any content designed to deceive recipients into giving up personal information or money.

Intellectual property infringement

Content that reproduces copyrighted works without authorization, plagiarizes others' writing, or otherwise infringes on anyone's intellectual property or proprietary rights.

Impersonation

Content that falsely impersonates another person, public figure, organization, or brand in a way that is deceptive or could mislead others. This includes generating fake quotes attributed to real people.

Platform manipulation

Content designed to artificially inflate engagement through inauthentic means — including fake reviews, coordinated inauthentic behavior, bot-generated likes, follows, or shares.

Use the service for illegal purposes

Generate content in furtherance of any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, illegal weapons sales, drug trafficking, or any other activity that violates applicable law.

Abuse or reverse-engineer the platform

Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, scrape, probe, or extract the underlying AI prompts, models, or proprietary systems that power Reposte. Do not intentionally attempt to "jailbreak" the AI system or bypass content safeguards.

Circumvent usage limits

Create multiple free accounts to bypass plan limits. Free accounts are one per person. Using disposable email addresses or other methods to create additional accounts is prohibited.

Share account credentials

Share your Reposte account login credentials with others. Each account is for individual use only. Team plans (if offered) have their own multi-seat access model.

Abuse the API or generation system

Use automated scripts, bots, or programmatic access (beyond any officially documented API) to generate content in bulk, stress-test the system, or otherwise abuse generation infrastructure.

Resell generated content as an AI service

Resell, white-label, or sublicense Reposte or Reposte-generated outputs as if they were your own AI product or service, without our express written permission.

Interfere with the service

Take any action that disrupts, damages, or impairs the availability or performance of Reposte for other users — including denial of service attacks, introducing malware, or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
