Terms of Service

Reposte is an AI-powered content repurposing platform. You provide content — a YouTube video, podcast, blog post, PDF, raw text, or image — and Reposte generates platform-native posts for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, email newsletters, Reddit, YouTube, and other platforms.

The service is provided "as-is." While we work hard to keep Reposte reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every output will meet your exact needs.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reposte. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You can sign up with an email and password or via OAuth (LinkedIn or X/Twitter). You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately at hello@reposte.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. One account per person.

Your use of Reposte is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In short: don't use Reposte to generate harmful, illegal, deceptive, or exploitative content. Don't abuse the service, circumvent limits, or act in ways that harm other users or the platform.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You own your content. The text, audio, documents, and images you upload remain yours. The AI-generated outputs created from your content are also yours.

By submitting content to Reposte, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content through our service — sending it to AI providers, storing it in your history — solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit and that submitting it does not violate anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other rights.

Reposte uses large language models (Claude by Anthropic) to generate content. AI-generated content:

• May occasionally contain factual errors, outdated information, or awkward phrasing
• Should be reviewed and edited before publishing
• Is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
• May not always perfectly reflect the nuances of your original content

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it anywhere. Reposte is a drafting tool, not a replacement for editorial judgment. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from content you publish based on Reposte's outputs.

Reposte allows you to connect your LinkedIn and X/Twitter accounts via OAuth for direct publishing. By connecting an account, you:

• Authorize Reposte to post content to that account on your behalf when you explicitly request it
• Understand that published content is governed by that platform's own terms of service
• Remain responsible for all content published through your connected accounts
• Can revoke access at any time from your Reposte account settings or from within LinkedIn's or X's own settings

We do not read your social media feed, messages, analytics, or any data beyond what is strictly needed to publish on your behalf.

Reposte's property: The Reposte brand, logo, interface design, and underlying technology are owned by Reposte and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.

Your property: Your uploaded content and the outputs generated from it belong to you. We assert no ownership over either.

The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs will meet your specific requirements or be fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reposte and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational harm, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Reposte in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reposte, its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) content you submit or publish, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

By you: You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@reposte.app. Your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, abuse the service, or engage in behavior that harms other users or the platform's integrity. In non-emergency situations, we'll attempt to notify you before taking action.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Pro subscriptions are not refunded upon termination for violations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes that affect your rights, we'll provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of Reposte after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware, unless prohibited by applicable law.
